Bed linen is changed twice a week and towels every two days, with the possibility of additional changes on request.
To extend your stay, please contact us and we will verify availability.
Check-out is required by the specified time; late check-out is not currently available.
No problem, check-in is done online: upon arrival, you can ring the bell and enter.
Payment is made in advance at the time of booking. Upon request, we can issue an invoice
Paid parking is available in the surrounding area or in the car park on Via Cecati (a 10-minute walk away).

Luggage storage is available, allowing you to move around more freely.

Due to the characteristics of the premises, we are currently unable to accommodate pets.

Resource use is carefully considered. Taps are equipped with flow reducers and every choice is geared towards limiting waste without compromising on comfort.
The building has been renovated with high-efficiency insulation and heat pump systems to ensure comfort in all seasons while reducing energy consumption. Part of the energy used comes from photovoltaic panels integrated into the structure.
Natural, durable materials, often recovered or reused. Every choice was made with reuse, recycling and circularity in mind, to give value to the present and the future.
It means that we chose to renovate without erasing.
The rooms were created while respecting the original structure, preserving traces, proportions and memories of the place.
